In consideration for being permitted by Tiny Tiger’s Playhouse, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, to use, and enjoy its facilities and all components and parts thereof, and participate in any activities or parties at or by Tiny Tiger’s Playhouse, LLC (collectively, the “Facilities”), I, and any minor for whom I am responsible as identified below, including any children and wards (the “Releasors”), hereby waive, release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Tiny Tiger’s Playhouse, LLC, its assignees, officers, members, managers, agents, employees and their successors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, judgments and damages for personal injury, emotional distress, loss of support, death, or property damage, known or unknown, which Releasors may have, or which may hereafter accrue to Releasors as a result of use of the Facilities.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  Releasors hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Released Parties from any and all claims, demand, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in Released Parties’ activities or my use of the Facilities, including any claims based upon damages or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence acts or omissions of Released Parties.

This release is intended to discharge, in advance, the Released Parties from any and all liability, if any, arising out of or connected in any way with Releasors’ use of the Facilities, even though that liability may arise of negligence or carelessness on the part of Released Parties.

Releasors understand that use of the Facilities involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, emotional or physical injury, including but not limited to paralysis and death, and knowing those risks, Releasors hereby assume those risks.  I further understand that any financial responsibility for injuries is mine and must be covered by Releasors or by our own insurance. Releasors agree to follow the safety instructions provided by Tiny Tiger’s Playhouse, LLC, and that any failure to do so may result in expulsion and from the Facilities.  Releasors further acknowledge that no person that is 10 years of age or older may use the Facilities.

RELEASORS EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS TO RELEASORS OF DEATH, DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, ILLNESS OR INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE FACILITIES.

Releasors agree that this Release shall be binding and cover each and every time Releasors use the Facilities.

Releasors agree that if anyone is hurt or property is damages during my participation or use of the Facilities, I may be found by a court to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Released Parties on the basis of any claim form which I have released them herein.  I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document.  I have read and understood it and agree to be bound by its terms.
