STRENGTH & BALANCE - Full-body workout (we work all muscle groups) that includes warm-up, stretching, resistance training (utilizing bodyweight; bands; and small fitness balls), balance training, cardio and cool-down in every session. Participants are welcome to bring their own handheld light weights from home (optional during our resistance training circuits).

If you are not a fitness benefit member, no worries! Your first visit with us is your trial class (free of cost) and if you wish to attend more classes, we have a sliding-scale drop-in fee exclusively for seniors. Classes are offered to provide members with the best possible community fitness experience.
