The following conditions are required for us to maintain a professional relationship with our talent and our contracted clients. We have experienced all these situations therefore will require you (also referred as the TALENT) to please read and sign below. 

1. Punctuality is #1 with Wild Entertainment. If you are not familiar with where you are going, leave early. If you think you may encounter traffic, leave early. If you don’t know how parking will be, leave early. Arriving late for your call time is unacceptable. Arriving on time tells us that oura jobs important to you.
2. Performers are to arrive groomed, dressed and ready to work.
3. Talent's compensation is not to be discussed with the client, guests or other talents.
4. If we provide costuming, please respect our costuming as if it were your own.
5. Please do not give your contact information to the client. We will have custom made business cards for you to hand out.  
6. Talent agrees to work for the client (client is the contact of the party you are given) exclusively through Wild Entertainment for the next 24 months. If talent is discovered to be soliciting client outside of the agency during this period of time, they will be subject to possible termination.
7. Talent will be cautious about consuming any of the clients food or drinks. Talent understands the dangers of being drugged.
8. Talent is not allowed to hang out after the job is done unless they are invited by the client. 
9. Do not invite friends or family to your job.  If you wish to bring anyone, you must get authorization from us first.
10. When leaving hotel rooms, hotel suites or party buses, please pick up after yourself. We want to leave on a good impression.
11. Talent will not solicit sex from client or perform sex acts in exchange for money or items.  Talent is to use their best judgment when entertaining clients privately.   
12. Talent is required to ask the client for a review afterwards.  Feedback cards will be given for them to hand out.  If the talent receives a good review then there is a possibility of a bonus.
13. Talent is to arrive sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  
14. Talent will not send nude pictures of themselves to the customer.
15. Talent will not sexually harass the customer in any way, shape or form.
16. Talent will be extremely aware of the customer's comfort level at all times.
17. Talent is to respect the client’s room and possessions and they will ask for permission before using the toilet or shower. 
18. Talent shall not over hustle the customer by asking for tips for no reason.  For example.. asking for one more tip as you leave the party.  This makes us look greedy and ruins our reputation.  We can get bad reviews and lose referral sales.  So this is unacceptable.
19. Talent is aware of the laws governing adult entertainment in the state that he/she resides in and will abide by them.
20. Talent is aware that by breaking any of the above terms, that they are subject to termination by Wild Entertainment.
21. Talent gives Wild Entertainment permission to use their images and likeness to create a model page which will be used to promote them to clients.
22. Talent gives Wild Entertainment permission to add Talent to their phone & text subscriber list.
23. Talent gives Wild Entertainment permission to text them anytime with job or company news.  Texts can include links, photos and videos.
